Terms and Conditions

Thank you for participating in the Art of Living Retreat Center’s Referral Program! The Program allows users ( “Advocates”) to share an offer (“Offer”) by using a personalized link that Members share with their friends (the “Friends”). Subject to these Offer Terms, and as described below, Advocates and Friends will be able to obtain an online coupon code or credit (“Reward”) that they can redeem with Art of Living. Retreat Center. Friends must register for a retreat with the same email address used to sign up for the referral program in order for the reward to be valid. 

• The Referral Program is available to all existing customers (Advocates).

• To be eligible for the Referral Program the Advocates must refer a Friend who is not an existing customer.

• An individual (Friend) can only be a recipient of the Referral Program once.

• Offer not valid and rewards are not payable for self-referrals

• We reserve the right to cancel the Referral Program without prior notice in its entirety or for a specific referrer at any time for any reason.

• We reserve the right to reverse or refuse to issue or redeem a Reward to Advocates or Friends at any time.

• All questions or disputes regarding eligibility for the Referral Program will be resolved by the Art of Living Retreat Center  in its sole discretion.

• A referral will be deemed successful when a referred Friend completes a qualified retreat.

• Referral discounts and credits are valid for one year from the date the referral was generated.

• Retreats eligible for referral include the Happiness Retreat, Stepping Into Silence Retreat, Meditation Retreat, R&R Retreats, Wellness Escapes and Visiting Faculty Retreats.  Programs NOT eligible for referral include Group Rentals, Deep Dive Into Silence, Volunteer Programs, Graduate Programs and Gurudev Programs. 

• You must be 18 years or older to be part of this Program.

Acceptance of these Referral Terms. By participating in the Referral Program in any way, you agree to be bound by these Referral Terms. If you do not agree to all of the terms and conditions of these Referral Terms, you may not participate in the Referral Program. We may revise these Referral Terms from time to time in our sole discretion, subject to applicable law. When we revise these Referral Terms, we will post the revised version on the Website. You are free to decide whether or not to accept a revised version of these Referral Terms, but accepting these Referral Terms, as revised, is required for you to continue participating in the Referral Program. If you do not agree to these Referral Terms or any revised version of these Referral Terms, your sole recourse is to terminate your participation in the Referral Program. Except as otherwise expressly stated by us, your participation in the Referral Program is subject to, and constitutes your acceptance of, the version of these Referral Terms in effect at the time of your participation in the Referral Program.

Termination or Suspension of Referral Program. You may stop participating in the Referral Program at any time by contacting us at marketing@aolrc.org and providing sufficient information for us to verify your identity. We may, in our sole discretion, suspend, limit, or terminate the Referral Program and terminate these Referral Terms and Conditions for any reason at any time. Upon termination of these Referral Terms, you must immediately cease all use of Referral Links, and Referral Rewards earned but unpaid as of the date of termination will remain payable, unless we terminate these Referral Terms for your breach of these Referral Terms or our Terms of Use. Provisions of these Referral Terms that, by their nature, should survive termination of these Referral Terms will survive termination of these Referral Terms.
